jperya Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

By creating an account, accessing the jperya website, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is between you and jperya, and it applies to all services offered on the platform – including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, jackpot slots, promotions, and any other features made available to registered members.

jperya reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting valid government-issued identification. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Senior Citizens ID, or any other government-issued ID bearing your photograph and date of birth.

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on jperya. Maintaining multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices and payment methods – is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

When you register with jperya, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Any losses arising from inaccurate account information are your responsibility.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. jperya will never ask for your password via email or any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your jperya account and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for an added layer of security.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to jperya support as soon as possible.

jperya will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

All transactions on jperya are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). We accept deposits and process withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (including BDO, BPI, and UnionBank), and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

By depositing funds into your jperya account, you confirm that the money comes from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method being used. jperya is required by law to conduct anti-money laundering checks and may request documentation to verify the source of funds.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is a security measure to prevent fraud. If your original payment method is unavailable, our support team will guide you through an alternative verified method.

jperya does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. We recommend checking with your provider before initiating a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of identity verification or bonus wagering requirements.
• jperya reserves the right to perform additional security checks on any withdrawal request.
• Deposits that fail to appear in your account should be reported to support with proof of transaction.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, or IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters directly related to gameplay.

• Identity fraud: Registering with false personal information or impersonating another person.

jperya monitors all accounts and gaming activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Suspected violations may be investigated without prior notice. If a violation is confirmed, jperya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account involved and forfeit all balances, including pending withdrawals.

Nothing in these terms limits jperya's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law. jperya's maximum liability to any single member for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount deposited into the member's account in the 30 days prior to the claim.

jperya reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• At your own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.

You may also close your jperya account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. If your account has a positive balance at the time of closure, we will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided all identity verification and wagering requirements have been satisfied.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, jperya reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending a full investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

jperya may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect – except in cases where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory reasons.
